Reminder on upcoming activities:
· Youth Winter Retreat: If you plan to join us on this trip I need to know ASAP so that reservations can be made. Please let me know if you are taking a friend, because I cannot guarantee space at the camp after reservations are made. Please let me know if you have not received information on retreat or have questions.
· Youth Fundraiser: We will be setting up, preparing, serving and cleaning up the church Wed. night meal on Wed. Nov. 4th. We need everyone to participate in this fundraiser. I’m looking for volunteers to donate and bring the following items: Spaghetti Sauce, Spaghetti Noodles, Bags of Salad, and Desserts. Please let me know ASAP, if you can help with this.
· American Heart Assoc. Walk: Nov. 7th at Turner Field – we will be participating as a group. Please see me to get your pledge envelopes and information if you didn’t receive on Wed. night.
· Wreath Sale Fundraiser: This information was also given out on Wed. night to help with the cost of our Winter Retreat. Deadline to turn in orders will be Fri., Oct. 30th, please see me to get information if you have not received.
· Our Oct. Mission project: We are collecting school and art supplies to pack backpacks for the Ronald McDonald House, please bring your donations no later than, Wed. Oct. 21st.
